The workbench remains stationary, and the two columns are moved for processing. The bed worktable, including columns, crossbeams, sliding saddles, spindle boxes, and other large components, are all made of high-strength cast iron material and cast using resin sand technology. These large components are optimized using 3D computer software, with reasonable arrangement of reinforcement plates to improve their stiffness and strength.
